Members can meet with a registered nurse up to 12 times a year to check blood pressure, pulse, weight and discuss personal health issues.

Annual Screening

Routine screenings offered yearly at no extra charge include colon cancer, skin cancer, and urinalysis.

Additional services offered at reduced rates (with nurse's recommendation) include blood profile, thyroid screening, prostate screening, complete blood count and lipid profile. Another low-cost service is foot care.

Referral to Primary Care Physician

55+ members need to have a primary care physician if lab work is to be done. We will provide members a list of primary care physicians if needed.
