Power Max Classes:

Indoor Group Cycling Training using your bike and CompuTrainer MultiRider software to monitor power output and gauge improvement.  Sessions focus on pedaling technique, endurance, cadence and increasing power output.

 

Class Structure:

  • 15 minute setup and warmup
  • 60 minute structured bike training
  • 15 minute core stability*

* PM sessions only

  • This is a SINGLE DAY sign-up. There will be a standard warmup, a structured workout, followed by the opportunity to stay and ride the "course of the day" as easy or as hard as you wish, a ride time of 2 hours is guaranteed.  All of our coaches will make guest appearances as "coach of the day".

Friday Night Ride and a Movie: NEW!

New This Year:

Riders over 45 (male) or 55 (female) must have an EKG done at BCSM in the past year, or have their doctor sign a Medical Release Form.

All New Riders must partake in a free Orientation session prior to the first PowerMax Session.

Our Pilatesl Mat Classes is a non-impact exercise that stabilizes an aligns the body while focusing on strengthening the core muscle groups with coordination, concentration and control.  It benefits those who want to become more fit and thos who are healing from injury.  This is an hour-long, semi-private class taught by Patty Tomlin, well know to the Boulder area as an expert Pilatesl intructor.  Patty has worked in the rehab and fitness community of Boulder for more than 20 years.
