FALL CLASSES ARE BACK!

Power Max Classes PowerMax 4

Indoor Group Cycling Training using your bike and CompuTrainer MultiRider software to monitor power output and gauge improvement.  Sessions focus on pedaling technique, endurance, cadence and increasing power output

October Morning Sessions:

  • Friday Oct 10-31st 7:00-8:15 am with Adam St. Pierre

October Evening Session:

  • Thursday Oct 9-30th 5:45-7:15 pm with Lester Pardoe
  • $80
  • Registration Starts 10/1/08 at noon

October Time Trial and Orientation:

  • Race on your bike using the latest in CompuTrainer MultiRider software the last Wednesday evening every month in November, December, January and February. Start times available between 3pm and 7pm. Will be coming again next Winter! 
  • Oct 8th at 12, 1, 5 and 6 pm
  • $10
  • Registration starts 10/1/08 at noon

PILATES MAT CLASSESpilates pics

Our Pilatesl Mat Classes is a non-impact exercise that stabilizes an aligns the body while focusing on strengthening the core muscle groups with coordination, concentration and control.  It benefits those who want to become more fit and thos who are healing from injury.  This is an hour-long, semi-private class taught by Patty Tomlin, well know to the Boulder area as an expert Pilatesl intructor.  Patty has worked in the rehab and fitness community of Boulder for more than 20 years.

One Class (or drop in) $18
Five Classes $75
Ten Classes $150

Times:

Tuesdays - beginners
9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.


Fridays - slightly advanced
9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
